摘    要:DNA错配修复基因SNPs是个体间DNA错配修复能力差异的主要原因,是决定机体肿瘤易感的一个重要因素。当前,关于DNA错配修复系统基因SNPs与大肠癌易感性方面的研究,涉及到的基因还不够全面,尚无法明确二者关系。随着高通量SNPs筛查技术的进步,并充分考虑多基因遗传、环境、种族等因素的情况下,才能建立起基因SNPs与大肠癌易感性之间较为明确的关联,为大肠癌的早诊、预防及治疗提供依据。

Abstract:SNPs of DNA mismatch repair(MMR) genes is the main cause in individual difference of ability about DNA mismatch repairing,which is an important factor in deciding tumor susceptibility of the body.The study between SNPs and colorectal cancer susceptibility is not wide enough to include all related genes,so we can not identify their rerlationship at present.With the development of high -flux screening technique of SNPs,we can found the clear correlation between SNPs and colorectal cancer based on many factors including polygenic inheritance,enviroment and race in order to provide index for the early diagnosis,prevention and therapy of colorectal cancer.
