| 摘 要： | 目的 观察老年人正常大肠黏膜、大肠息肉、大肠癌病人与癌胚抗原(CEA)的关系。方法 对25例老年人正常大肠黏膜、41例大肠息肉及39例大肠癌患者血清癌胚抗原(CEA)进行测定。结果 大肠癌患者血清CEA高于大肠息肉及对照组。Dukes改良分期D期与A、B、C期相比均有差别。结论 癌胚抗原(CEA)的测定对大肠癌有辅助诊断价值，特别是对肿瘤治疗及预后的估计有意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship of CEA in the aged who had normal colonic mucosa,colonic polyps,or colonic cancer.Methods Serum CEA was measured in 25 aged persons with normal colonic mucosa,41 patients with colonic polyps and 39 patients with colonic cancer.Results Subjects with colonic cancer had higher CEA serum levels than those with polyps or normal mucosa,and the levels at the Dukes D stage were different from those in stages A,B and C.Conclusion CEA measurement is of supplementary value in the diagnosis,especially in the treatment and prognosis of colonic cancer. |
