体外循环术后呼吸系统并发症的防治（附19例分析）

体外循环术后呼吸系统并发症患者19例，其中肺部感染9例，急性肺水肿4例；急性呼吸衰竭2例，喉头水肿、气管导管阻塞、肺不张，呼吸窒息各1例，就术后呼吸系统的监护及其并发症的防治进行了分析。

Prevention and Management of Complications of Respiratory System after Cardiopulmonary Operation

Nineteen Cases of complications of respiratory system in 232 cases following extracorporeal circulation have been studied.Among them were 9cases of pulmonary infection,4 cases of acute pulmonary edema,2 cas- es of acute respiratory failure and single cases of laryngeal edema,trac- heal obstruction,atelectasis and suffocation.14 patients were saved. Analyses on the monitoring of the postoperative respiratory system and on the prevention and treatment of complications weremade.For the prevention and treatment of these complications,the author suggests: emphasizing postoperative observation of the respiratory system,corre- cting mechanical management of respiration,improving circulatory func- tion and traeheotomy if necessery are effective methods.
