| 摘 要： | 目的：探计上睑下垂的较好治疗方法，以改进治疗效果方法：设计井应用扇形额肌筋膜瓣悬吊治疗上睑下垂，结果应用本方击治疗上睑下垂83倒，126只眼，致采满意。其中43例经3个月-10年随访，除3例(4只眼)下垂复发外，其余均取得了良好效果，未见其他并发症发生。结论：本方法的主要特点是扇形筋膜瓣有丰富的血供，并且能均衡覆盖在睑板上以充分上提上睑，符合生理和解音4的要求。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the treatment of blepharoptosis and improve the results. Methods: A fan -shape frontalis fascial flap was designed and applied to repair blepharoptosis. Results: 83 cases were treated with the fan -shape frontalis fascial flaps. Except 3(4 eyes) cases of recurrence, all other patients showed wonderful results. After following up of 43 cases from 3 months to 10 years, we didn't find complications. Conclusion: The main characteristics of this procedure were that the fan -shape frontalis fascial flap was shared equally on the tarsal cartilage, so that the upper eyelid was elevated completely, physiologically filling the anatomic demands fully. |
