T淋巴细胞亚群和肿瘤免疫学的研究

采用抗人T淋巴细胞CDMcAb系列次碱性磷酸酶－抗碱性磷酸酶（APAAP）免疫组化法测定53例恶性肿瘤病人和健康成人外周血T淋巴细胞及其亚群，结果表明：CD_2（T细胞总数）、CD_4（T_H）及CD_4／CD_8比值均明显低于正常对照组（P＜0．001），CD_8（Ts）明显高于正常值（P＜0．001）．说明T细胞亚群紊乱和机体免疫功能减低在肿瘤病因发病中具有重要作用。上述检测结果手术前后比较无明显差异（P＜0．20），其原因可能与手术、创伤、麻醉、术后采血时间、癌瘤临床分期、组织类型等因素有关。

STUDY ON LYMPHOCYTE SUBSETS WITH TUMOR IMMUNITY

Anti-human lymphocyte CD monoclonal antibody series and akaline phosphatase-antiakalinephosphatase (APAAP) immunohistochemical technique were applied to determine the T Lymphocyteand its subsets in the peripheral blood of 53 tumor patients and 22 healthy adults. The results showthat CD_2(total T cells ) CD_4(helper T cells,Th) and CD_4/CD_8 ratio of tumor patients are lower thanthat of normal control(P<0. 001 ) CD_8(suppressor T cells, Ts)are higher than that of normal value(P<0. 001). indicating that the disturbance of T subsets and the diminution of immunological functions play important role in tumor etiology and pathogenesis. No significant difference is found (P>0. 5,P>0. 25) in tumor patients before and after operation. The cause may be related to operation,anesthesia,wound, time of determination,clinical staging and histological typing.
