| 摘 要： | 目的观察胃癌患者血清白介素-4(IL-4)和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)含量的变化,以探讨胃癌患者Th1/Th2免疫漂移状态。方法采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)测定21例胃癌患者和17例浅表性胃炎患者血清IL-4及IFN-γ的含量。结果 2组患者血清IL-4及IFN-γ含量分别为(4.83±1.95)pg/ml和(309.74±101.9)pg/ml,浅表性胃炎患者血清IL-4及IFN-γ含量分别为(4.78±2.03)pg/ml和(316.78±100.02)pg/ml,2组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论胃癌患者系统性免疫无明显的Th1/Th2漂移现象。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the changes of serum level of interleukin-4 （ IL-4 ） and interferon gamma （IFN-γ/） in pa- tients with gastric cancer for exploring the stage of Tlll/Tit2 immunological shift. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent as- say（ELISA） was employed to determine the levels of serum IL-4 and IFN-γ/in 21 cases with gastric cancer and 17 cases with chronic superficial gastritis. Results The levels of serum IL-4 and IFN-γ/in patients with gastric cancer were （4.83± 1.95 ） pg/ml and （ 309.74 ± 101.9 ） pg/ml ,and the serum levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ in patients with chronic superficial gastritis were （4.78±2.03 ）pg/ml and （316.78 ± 100.02）pg/ml respectively. No significant differences of tile level of serunl IL-4 and IFN-γ/were found between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The conspicuous stage of Thl/Th2 shift in gastric cancer is not likely to exist. |
