组织多普勒与脉冲多普勒测定系统性红斑狼疮患者右室Tei指数的对比研究

目的 利用组织多普勒成像（TDI）和脉冲多普勒成像（PD）测定系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者右室Tei指数,对比观察两种方法所测Tei指数的可行性和一致性.方法 对30例狼疮患者和30例健康志愿者分别进行组织多普勒和脉冲多普勒法测定右室Tei指数,并对两种方法所测Tei指数进行分析.结果 组织多普勒所测Tei指数与脉冲多普勒所测Tei指数具有良好相关性;病例组Tei指数与对照组Tei指数均存在显著差异（P〈0.05）;Tei-1与Tei-2之间无显著性差异（P〉0.05）.结论 两种方法所测Tei指数具有良好相关性,且组织多普勒敏感性略高; Tei指数能有效评价系统性红斑狼疮患者早期右室功能.

The comparison of using Tei index of PW-TDI and PW-PD to evaluate the function of right ventricular in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective To discuss the value of Tei index derived from wave-tissue Dopplcr（PW-TDI）and wave- pulsed Doppler （PW-PD）in evaluating right ventricular function in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）.Contrast to observe the feasibility and consistency of the two methods. Methods A total of 30 patients and 30 healthy volunteers were involved in this study.TDI-derived Tei index and PD-derived Tei index were measured and compared. Results The Tei index measured with TDI and PD had high relationships. Both the normal group and the SLE group had significant difference（P〈0.05）. And the Tei-1 and Tei-2 values had no signicant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion There was close correlation between the two methods and the PW-TDI have the better sensitivity. Tei index is valuable in evaluating the right ventricular function of the patient with SEE in the early time.
