| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨冠心病患者血尿酸（UA）及超敏C-反应蛋白（HS-CRP）检测的临床应用价值。方法 对134例冠心病患者（试验组）和128名健康体检者（对照组）分别进行UA及HS-CRP的检测，并对结果进行比较分析。结果 冠心病患者UA及HS-CRP水平均高于健康对照组，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论 冠心病患者UA及HS—CRP水平明显升高，联合检测UA及HS-CRP对冠心病的诊断、治疗和判断预后有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the blood uric acid（UA）in patients with coronary heart disease and high sensitivity C-reactive protein （HS-CRP） detection and clinical application value. Methods 134 cases of patients with coronary artery disease （test group） and 128 healthy subjects （control group） were carried out UA and HS-CRP detection, and the result was compared and analyzed. Results Coronary heart disease patients with UA and HS-CRP content were higher than those in the control group, both had a significant difference（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The UA in patients with coronary heart disease and HS- CRP levels were significantly elevated, joint detection of serum UA and HS-CRP on coronary heart disease diagnosis, treatment and prognosis has important clinical significance. |
