| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨神经症及其治疗对患者生活质量的影响。方法 采用CQOLI－74、SAS、SDS工具,对100例神经症与对照组进行比较。结果 除物质生活维度外,神经症患者的生活质量各维度都有明显下降。药物及心理治疗能明显改善神经症患者的生活质量。结论 对神经症患者的生活质量必须给予积极关注,及时的心理及药物治疗是必要的。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the influence of neurosis and its treatment on patients' quality of life. Methods 100 neurotic patients were compared with normal controls by the use of GQOLI - 74,SAS and SDS.Results All of the other dimensionalities of quality of life decreased significantly except for the material - life dimensionality. Drug and psychological therapy could statistically improve the quality of life of neurotic patients. Conclusion Positive attention should be paid to the quality of life of neurotic patients and timely psychological and drug therapy is necessary to the patients. |
