RhoC和EGFR在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及其临床意义

目的研究RhoC和EGFR在不同级别人脑胶质瘤组织中的表达情况,并探讨其与病理分级的关系及临床意义。方法分别采用免疫组化(SP法)对215例不同级别人脑胶质瘤(胶质瘤组)和10例正常脑组织(对照组)中RhoC和EGFR的表达情况进行检测,并分析RhoC和EGFR表达的相关性。结果与正常脑组织相比,RhoC和EGFR在人脑胶质瘤中的表达均显著增加。随着胶质瘤恶性程度的增加,EGFR和RhoC的阳性表达率逐渐增高,两者在胶质瘤组织中的表达呈正相关。结论 RhoC和EGFR在人脑胶质瘤中表达均显著增加,且其表达具有相关性。RhoC和EGFR信号通路可能在人脑胶质瘤的发生、发展和侵袭中起着一定的协同作用,可作为胶质瘤恶性程度的生物学指标。

Expression of RhoC and EGFR in gliomas and its clinical significance

Objective It is to study RhoC and EGFR expression in human gliomas tissues and to explore the correlation with pathological grading and clinical significance.Methods RhoC and EGFR protein expression were detected by imuunohistochemical method in 215 cases of gliomas and 10 healthy cerebral tissue,and the relationship of RhoC with EGFR expression was analyzed.Results Compared with the expression in normal cerebral tissue,the expression of RhoC and EGFR increased significantly in gliomas.The positive percentage of RhoC and EGFR was escalating following the advance of gliomas.There was positive correlation among the expression of the two proteins.Conclusion The expression of RhoC and EGFR increased significantly in gliomas,and were correlated with each other.The signal channel of RhoC and EGFR may play a synergistic action in the occurrence,development,and invasion of human cerebral gliomas,and can be used as biological indexes which could reflect the advance of gliomas.
