螺旋CT三维重建在颈椎后纵韧带骨化中的应用

目的：探讨螺旋CT三维重建显示颈椎后纵韧带骨化的价值和临床意义。方法：回顾性分析21例颈椎后纵韧带骨化的螺旋CT扫描资料。结果：颈椎后纵韧带骨化按Hirabayashi分型，节段型3例，连续型9例，混合型5例，其它型4例。结论：螺旋CT三维重建能清晰显示颈椎后纵韧带骨化的范围，厚度，形状。三维重建有助于手术入路设计，有助于理解骨化的复杂性。螺旋CT是颈椎后纵韧带骨化最好的检查方法，应该常规使用。

Three-Dimensional Evaluation of Cervical Ossification of the Posterior Longitudinal Ligament with Spiral Tomography

Objective: To discuss the value of spiral computed tomography in revealing details of cervical ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL) with 3 dimensional reconstruction and related clinical significance.Methods:The spiral CT findings of 21 cases with cervical OPLL were reviewed retrospectively.Results:Of the 21 patients with OPLL,3 had segmental OPLL,9 had continuous OPLL,5 had mixed OPLL,4 had other OPLL.Conclusions:Spiral CT could clearly demonstrate cervical OPLL with 3 dimensional reconstruction,3 dreconstruction is helpful in designing operative approach and explaining the complexity of the ossification,spiral CT is the modality of choice in diagnosis of cervical OPLL and should be performed routinely.
