| 摘 要： | 临床实习是培养医学生创新思维的重要阶段,创新思维包括发散式思维和收敛式思维,两者相辅相成,缺一不可。通过在病史采集、实验室检查、治疗及预见性诊疗等过程中反复发散式思维和收敛式思维的训练,有助于培养出一代医疗技术精湛、具有创新精神的新世纪医学人才。

| Abstract: | Being an intern for a medical undergraduate is a very important stage in training his or her creative thinking. Creative thinking process consists of divergent thinking and convergent thinking, which supplement each other. Repetitive divergent and convergent thinking training during clinical practice can help turn an intern into a doctor with refined skills and creative thinking. |
