枯草杆菌、肠球菌二联活菌多维颗粒联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床分析

目的：探讨枯草杆菌、肠球菌二联活菌多维颗粒联合蒙脱石散治疗120例小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法：将本院2010年1月～2011年2月收治的120例腹泻患儿,随机分为对照组57例,治疗组63例。对照组给予蒙脱石散口服治疗,治疗组给予枯草杆菌、肠球菌二联活菌多维颗粒联合蒙脱石散治疗,观察和比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：对照组总有效率为73.7%,治疗组总有效率为95.2%,治疗组临床疗效明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：采用枯草杆菌、肠球菌二联活菌多维颗粒联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻优于单纯应用蒙脱石散,是一种安全、有效的治疗措施,值得临床推广。

Clinical analysis of bacillus subtilis and enterococcus multidimensional particles combined montmorillonite powder on infantile diarrhea

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of bacillus subtilis and enterococcus multidimensional particles combined montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea 120 cases.Methods：120 patients from January 2010 to February 2011 were divided into control group and treatment group,control group used montmorillonite powder,treatment group used bacillus subtilis and enterococcus multidimensional particles combined with montmorillonite powder,clinical efficacy of two groups were observated and compared.Results：In the control group,the total effective rate was 73.7%,in the treatment group total effective rate was 95.2%,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of bacillus subtilis and enterococcus multidimensional particles combined montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea is better than the simple application of montmorillonite powder,is safe and effective,which is worthy promotion.
