摘    要:目的:探讨选择合理的雾化吸入方式,帮助临床慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者更好地治疗。方法:将30例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分A、B、C3组,采用3种不同的雾化方式,分别给予超声雾化、氧气雾化及改良后超声雾化吸入,观察临床效果。结果:A组均出现胸闷、气促、咳嗽等症状,血氧饱和度下降10%左右,不能持续;B组雾量较小、吸入15~20min后药杯中均残留5ml左右药物,排痰量少;C组血氧饱和度上升5%~8%,雾化过程中能轻松自行排痰,排痰量多。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者更适合于经改良后的超声雾化吸入方式,该方法能有效稀释痰液,改善缺氧症状,提高患者舒适度,争取患者更大地配合,达到治疗效果。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the rational choice of atomization inhalation way, help clinical chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients get better treatment. Methods: 30 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients were randomized divided into points of A, B and C 3 group, using three different ways of the spray, were separately given uhrasonic atomizer, oxygen and improved atomization inhalation of ultrasonic atomizer, observed clinical effect. Results: All appear group A chest tightness, shortness of breath, cough, disease, blood oxygen saturation fell about 10%, couldn't persist; Group B was smaller, inhaling mist 15 to 20 minutes after the medicine residual 5 ml glass of drugs, row sputum volume was less; Oxygen saturation group C rise 5% - 8% and atomization can easily process to row, row sputum volume sputum. Conclusion: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients are more suitable for the improved the atomization inhalation after ultrasonic way, this method can effectively dilution sputum, improve symptoms improve oxygen, patients for comfort, with more patients to treatment effect.
