西替利嗪联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效研究

目的：探讨西替利嗪联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效及不良反应。方法：对本院皮肤科2009年7月～2010年7月就诊的60例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组（T组,n=30）和对照组（C组,n=30）,T组使用西替利嗪联合复方甘草酸苷治疗,C组仅使用西替利嗪治疗,于治疗后14、28d进行疗效观察与评估,监测不良反应,随访6周,记录复发率。结果：C组、T组治疗后14d总有效率分别为46.6%、53.3%;治疗后28d总有效率分别为60.0%、76.6%;T组总有效率在治疗后28d明显高于C组,P〈0.05。随访6周,T组复发率为10.0%,C组复发率为33.3%,两组无明显不良反应。结论：西替利嗪联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效肯定,复发率低,不良反应少,安全性高,适合临床推广。

Clinical research on cetirizine combined with glycyrrhizin treatment of chronic urticaria

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of cetirizine and glycyrrhizin for patients with chronic urticaria.Methods：60 cases with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into treatment group（T group,n=30） and control group（C group,n=30） in dermatology from July 2009 to July 2010.T group used cetirizine combined with glycyrrhizin and C group only used cetirizine and assessment the clinical efficacy after treatment 14,28 days.The patients were followed up for 6 weeks.Results：The total effective rate was 53.3%,46.6% of T group and C group respectively after treatment 14 days.The total effective rate was 76.6%,60.0% of T group and C group respectively after treatment 28 days.The two groups had the difference curative effect after treatment 28 days（P0.05）.T group the recurrence rate was 10% and C group was 33.3%,there were no significant adverse reactions in both two group.Conclusion：Cetirizine joint glycyrrhizin treatment of chronic urticaria is effective and low recurrence rate,it is suitable for patients with chronic urticaria.
