粘连性肠梗阻外科处理的探讨

目的：探讨粘连性肠梗阻外科处理的手术方式。方法：用回顾性方法总结本院2006年1月～2010年12月收治的粘连性肠梗阻50例患者的临床资料,总结手术处理35例患者的情况。结果：本组疗效痊愈47例,死亡3例。本组1例全小肠坏死,顽固性休克死亡1例,1例术后易发生多器官功能衰竭而死亡。结论：粘连性肠梗阻进行手术治疗是积极有利的,所以手术治疗时要注意消除、预防引起肠粘连的因素。

The discussion of adhesion ileus surgical treatment

Objective：To investigate the surgical treatment adhesion ileus reoperation way.Methods：Retrospective summarized and analyzed the clinical data of adhesive intestinal obstruction 50 cases in our hospital from January 2006 to December 2010,and concluded the case of surgical treatment of 35 patients.Results：Among curative effect,47 patients were death and 3 cases were recovery.There was 1 patient with complete intestinal necrosis,obstinate shock in 1,1 case death postoperative vulnerable to multiple organ failure and death.Conclusion：Surgical treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction is favorable,so when the surgical treatment was used,we should pay attention to elimination,prevent cause bowel adhesion of factors.
