肺康丸预防哮喘复发62例疗效观察

目的:观察肺康丸对哮喘复发的预防作用及临床疗效。方法:选取临床诊断为哮喘的患者124例作为研究对象,将其随机分成两组,治疗组62例应用肺康丸进行预防复发治疗。用法用量:药物经烘干,研末,做蜜丸,有糖尿病者做水丸,每次服用9g,每日服3次,连续服3个月,观察患者用药前及用药后2周、4周、12周的第1s用力呼气容量(FEV1)、最大呼气峰值流速(PEF)等肺功能动态变化及治疗前后的总有效率;对照组62例采用常规疗法。结果:治疗组患者肺功能明显提高,服用肺康丸后哮喘发作次数明显减少,发作程度明显减轻。与对照组相比,疗效有统计学差异。结论:肺康丸对预防哮喘复发有明显疗效,且无毒副作用,可明显改善肺功能,减轻气道炎症,提高控制率,起效迅速,疗效确切,患者依从性好,值得临床推广应用。

Compared with the control, and the results were statistically significant. Conclusion ： lung tire effect, and no side effect, can significantly improve lung function, onset, definite effect, compliance with the gender is good, and clinical health to prevent recurrence have shot asthma apparent curareduce the airway inflammation, improve control and rapid application.
