腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠172例临床分析

目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的优越性。方法：选择本院2009～2010年确诊为异位妊娠的患者172例,分别行腹腔手术及开腹手术,每组86例,进行对比观察,观察两组患者的术中出血量、住院时间、手术时间及术后恢复情况。结果：两组患者手术时间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,两组患者术中出血量、住院时间、术后恢复情况比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：腹腔镜手术术中出血少,住院时间短、术后恢复快,是治疗异位妊娠的理想手术方式。

Clinical analysis of 172 cases in the therapy of ectopic pregnancy with a laparoscopic operation

Objective： This paper investigates the advantages of the therapy of ectopic pregnancy with a laparoscopic operation. Methods： There were 172 cases of patients who had been diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from 2009 to 2010. Each group had 86 cases, and one group was cured with the laparoscopic operations, and the other was cured with laparotomy. Through the observations of these patients, a comparison could be made based on the intra operative blood loss, hospitalization time, operative time and recovery situation after the operation. Results： There was no obvious statistical difference on the operative time （P0.05）, but the statistical differences on the intra operative blood loss, hospitalization time and recovery situation after the operation were significant （P0.05）. Conclusion： Through the therapy with a laparoscopic operation, there are less intra operative blood loss, shorter hospitalization time, faster recovery after the operation than that of the therapy with laparotomy. Therefore, the laparoscopic operation is an ideal treatment for patient with ectopic pregnancy.
