| 摘 要： | 目的：优选飞燕草总黄酮最佳提取工艺。方法：采用正交试验优化飞燕草乙醇提取工艺条件,并利用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果：正交试验确定最优提取条件,80%乙醇提取3次,每次1.5h,乙醇用量为10倍药材量。结论：该正交试验优化工艺简便、可行、重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective：To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids of delphinium grandiflorum.Methods：Optimized the ethanol extraction process of delphinium grandiflorum,and determined the content with UV spectrophotometetry.Results：Orthogonal to determine the optimal extraction conditions of flavonoids,80% of ethanol,3 times,1.5 h,ethanol was 10 times the amount of medicine.Conclusion：The method is simple,feasible,and reproducible. |
