消痛贴膏外敷治疗膝骨关节炎的临床观察

目的：观察消痛贴膏外敷治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将膝骨性关节炎患者200例随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例,治疗组采用消痛贴膏外敷治疗,对照组采用田七镇痛膏外敷治疗。10d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。观察患者治疗前后关节肿胀、疼痛、活动度及行走时疼痛等症状体征的改善情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为96%,对照组为78%,治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗前后对疼痛及行走疼痛程度等症状改善明显（P〈0.05）;且治疗组的改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：消痛贴膏外敷治疗膝骨性关节炎有明显的临床疗效。

The clinical observation of Qizheng xiaotong plaster on knee osteoarthritis

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Qizheng xiaotong plaster on knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 200 cases diagnosed as osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group of 100 patients to use Qizheng xiaotong plaster and control group of 100 patients to use Tianqi analgesic cream. 10 days for a course and treatment for 2 courses continuously. Compared with the before and after treatment, the improvement of joint swelling, pain, activity, and pain when walking and other symptoms and signs. Results： The total effective of treatment group was 96%, the total effective of control group was 78%, and the treatment group was better than the control group （P0.05）. Before and after treatment for pain and walking pain and other symptoms improved significantly （P0.05）. Improvement in the treatment group was better than the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion： Xiaotong plaster on therapy knee osteoarthritis has a significant clinical efficacy.
