盐酸胺碘酮片治疗老年人室性心律失常51例临床分析

目的：观察小剂量盐酸胺碘酮片治疗老年人室性心律失常的疗效及安全性。方法：选择51例老年室性心律失常患者,给予小剂量盐酸胺碘酮片治疗,观察该药对室性心律失常的控制情况,LVEF、QTc、QTd及平均心率的变化以及心脏外不良反应。结果：51例患者中总有效率为92.16%（47/51）,显效34例（66.67%）,有效12例（23.53%）,无效5例（9.80%）。QTc治疗后较治疗前延长,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;QTd治疗前、后相比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;平均心率治疗前、后相比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;LVEF治疗前、后相比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：小剂量盐酸胺碘酮片治疗老年人室性心律失常是安全有效的,无明显副作用。

The clinical analysis on the amiodarone hydrochloride tablets in treatment of 51 senior citizens with ventricular arrhythmia

Objective： To explore the effectiveness of small dose amiodarone hydrochloride tablets used to treat the senior citizens with ventricular arrhythmia. Methods： Selected 51 senior citizens with ventricular arrhythmia, amiodarone hydrochloride tablets was orally administered, observed the control effection LVEF, QTc, QTd and untoward effect. Results： In 51 patients, the total effective rate was 92.16% （47/51）, 34 cases （66.67%） were excellence, 12 cases （23.53%） were in effect, 5 cases （9.80%） were invalidation. The QTc in the treatment after was extended, there were different statistical significance between them （P0.05）, and the QTd before or after treatment had no different statistical significance （P0.05）. The average heart rate had no different statistical significance between before and after treatment （P0.05）, the LVEF had no different statistical significance between before and after treatment （P0.05）. Conclusion： The small dose amiodarone hydrochloride tablets is a safe and effective choice at treatment of the senior citizens with ventricular arrhythmia, and has no distinctness side effect.
