甲基睾丸素联合米非司酮治疗更年期功血的疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探讨甲基睾丸素联合米非司酮治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血(功血)的临床疗效。方法:将56例更年期功血患者随机分组,对照组每日口服米非司酮12.5mg,连续服用3个月;治疗组每日口服米非司酮10mg+甲基睾丸素10mg,连续服用3个月,门诊随访观察用药疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组治疗更年期功血均具有良好的治疗效果,血清促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)和孕酮(P)较治疗前均呈现显著性降低(P〈0.05),且治疗组疗效略优于对照组,治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组。结论:甲基睾丸素联合米非司酮治疗更年期功血疗效略优于单独给予米非司酮。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the curative effect of methyl testosterone and mifepristone in menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods: 56 patients of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided into therapy group and control group. Control group were treated with mifepristone 12.5 mg/d for 3 months. Therapy group were treated with mifepristone 10 mg/d and methyl testosterone 10 mg/d for 3 months. Follow-up with outpatient for efficacy. Results: The effect of therapy group was better than that in the control group. Serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and progesterone (P) all significantly decreased than before treatment (P0.05); and the effect of therapy group was slightly better than the control group, adverse reactions were significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion: Effect of methyl testosterone combined mifepristone in the treatment of menopausal uterine bleeding is slightly better than mifepristone alone.
