社区门诊非洛地平联合缬沙坦治疗高血压83例临床分析

目的：观察非洛地平联合缬沙坦治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法：选取2008年1月～2009年12月本社区内科门诊的高血压患者166例,将其按双盲随机法分为对照组和观察组,观察组（83例）应用非洛地平联合缬沙坦治疗,对照组（83例）单纯应用非洛地平治疗。观察治疗前及治疗8周后血压的变化。结果：对照组和观察组的总有效率分别为61.4%和95.2%,观察组的临床疗效明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：非洛地平联合缬沙坦治疗高血压疗效显著,值得在社区门诊临床中予以推广应用。

Clinical analysis of felodipine combined with valsartan on 83 hypertension cases in the community clinic

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of felodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of hypertension.Methods：166 patients with hypertension were collected in our community internal medicine clinic during January 2008 to December 2009.These patients were randomly divided into control group（felodipine group,83 cases） and observation group（felodipine combined with valsartan group,83 cases）.The change of blood pressure was observed before the treatment and the eight weeks after treatment.Results：The total effect of control group and observation group were 61.4%,95.2% separately.Clinical efficacy of observation group were higher than those of control group.There were statistical significances（P0.05）.Conclusion：Felodipine combined with valsartan has good effect on hypertension,it is worthy of being recommended in patients with hypertension in the community clinic.
