乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经的探讨

目的：探讨乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经的可行性及临床意义。方法：132例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者中,术中保留肋间臂神经者68例,切除肋间臂神经者64例,两组患者行对比分析。结果：术后2周上臂感觉障碍发生率,保留肋间臂神经组为16.2%,而不保留肋间臂神经组为65.6%,术后3个月时分别为5.9%和53.1%,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：保留肋间臂神经能很好地保留乳腺癌患者术后上臂皮肤感觉功能,降低术后上臂感觉障碍的发生,可提高术后生活质量。

Approach to reserve intercostobrachial nerves in modified radical mastectomy

Objective：Approach feasibility and clinical significance of reserve intercostobrachial nerves in modified radical mastectomy.Methods：132 patients with Ⅰ、Ⅱbreast cancer,reserve intercostobrachial nerves 68 cases,excise ntercostobrachial nerves 64 cases.Analyzed results of the two groups.Results：Two weeks afteroperation,sensation disorders of upper arm,the group of reserve intercostobrachial nerves was 16.2%,The group of excise ntercostobrachial nerves was 65.6%;three months afteroperation,two group＇s sensation disorders of upper arm were 5.9% and 53.1%,difference possess statistical significance（P0.01）.Conclusions：Reserve intercostobrachial nerves in modified radical mastectomy can improve quality of postoperative life.
