手术与非手术治疗早期重症急性胰腺炎的疗效对比

目的：研究分析手术治疗早期重症急性胰腺炎与非手术治疗的临床疗效。方法：选取2008年2月～2010年10月在本院进行治疗的50例早期重症急性胰腺炎患者,在尊重患者意愿的情况下将其分为治疗组（24例）与对照组（26例）,其中治疗组患者采用非手术方法进行治疗,对照组患者均采用手术的方法进行治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗组26例患者,死亡2例,死亡率为7.6%,对照组患者死亡5例,死亡率为20.8%,对照组死亡率明显高于治疗组,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义,手术治疗早期重症急性胰腺炎并不能降低其胰腺坏死、感染等情况。结论：早期重症急性胰腺炎患者采取非手术治疗,可以降低其感染率及死亡率,值得在临床上推广。

Effect contrast about surgery and non-surgery treated in the early severe acute pancreatitis

Objective：To study and analyze the effect of early severe acute pancreatitis treated in surgery and non-surgery treatment.Methods：Selected 50 cases early severe acute pancreatitis patients from February 2008 to October 2010 who carries on the treatment in our courtyard,and divided into the treatment group（24 examples） and control group（26 examples） under respect the wishes of patients in the case,the treatment group used the non-surgery method to carry on the treatment,the control group patients used surgery＇s method to carry on the treatment.Contrastive analyzed two groups of patient＇s clinical care effects.Results：26 cases in the treatment group,there were 2 patients died,the mortality rate was 7.6%,the control group patients died 5 examples,the mortality rate was 20.8%,the control group mortality rate was higher than the treatment group obviously,difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,the surgery treatment early time critically ill acute pancreatitis cannot reduce his/her situations and so on pancreatic gland necrosis,infection.Conclusion：The early acute pancreatitis patient adopts the non-surgery to treat,may cut its infection percentage and the mortality rate,it is worthy promoting on clinical.
