数字化陀螺旋转式钴60放射治疗头、体部肿瘤早期随访分析

目的：探讨数字化陀螺旋转式钴60放射治疗系统治疗头、体部肿瘤早期临床效果。方法：采用数字化陀螺旋转式钴60放射治疗系统治疗头、体部肿瘤218例。根据肿瘤的部位、临床靶体积大小、分类、患者状态、既往治疗情况与治疗目的（根治或姑息）,以及肿瘤周围的组织、器官、有无淋巴转移等制定放射治疗计划及调整剂量分布。采用50%～70%等剂量曲线覆盖PTV,300～800cGy/次×4～18次/疗程。结果：经数字化陀螺旋转式钴60放射治疗系统治疗的头部肿瘤其CR为87.10%（54/62）,PR为12.90%（8/62）,有效控制率为100.00%。体部肿瘤CR为87.18%（127/156）,PR为12.82%（29/156）,有效控制率为100.00%。结论：数字化陀螺旋转式钴60放射治疗系统分次治疗头、体肿瘤,是一种新型可选择的放射治疗设备,它的特殊聚焦方式和增益比是获得良好疗效,改善预后的关键。

Objective： To explore the digital gyro rotary cobalt 60 radiation treatment system treatment head, body of the cancer early clinical effect. Methods： Used digital gyro rotary cobalt 60 radiation treatment system to treat head, body of the 218 cases of tumor. According to the part of the tumor, clinical target size, classification, to the state, always treatment and treatment purposes （radical or palliative）, and around the tumor tissues and organs of the lymph node metastases, whether or not such as radiation therapy and the adjustment plan for the dose distribution. The 50%-70% dose curve, 300-800 cGy/次×4-18 times/treatment. Results： The digital gyro rotary cobalt 60 radiotherapy of tumor its head system treatment CR was 87.10% （54/62）, PR was 12.90% （8/62）, effective control rate of 100.00%. Body of the tumor CR was 87.18% （127/156）, PR was 12.82% （29/156）, the effective control rate of 100.00%. Conclusion： Choose the digital gyro rotary cobalt 60 radiation treatment system points time head, body tumor, the treatment is a new type of radiation treatment equipment choice, because of its special focus mode and gain is a good curative effect than, improve the progno- sis of the key.
