高血压丘脑出血的治疗体会

目的：探讨高血压丘脑出血的临床特点、诊断和治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析本院2007年1月～2010年12月本科所诊治的151例高血压丘脑出血患者的临床资料。结果：本组151例患者中,手术治疗115例,非手术治疗36例,其中,死亡49例,存活102例,存活病员按ADL分级,Ⅰ级：41例,Ⅱ级：18例,Ⅲ级：26例,Ⅳ级：11例,Ⅴ级：6例。结论：高血压丘脑出血病情危重,预后与出血部位、出血量有关,应采取个体化治疗措施,后期加强护理及防治并发症,有利于改善预后。

The treatment of hypertensive thalamic hemorrhage

Objective：To investigate the clinical feature,diagnoseis and treatment methods of hypertensive thalamic hemorrhage.Methods：Retrospectively analyzed 151 cases clinical data with hypertensive thalamic hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2010.Results：Among 151 cases,115 cases were treated by surgery,36 cases were treated by nonsurgery,there were 49 cases decease and 102 cases survive,classification of survival with ADL grade,grade Ⅰ：41 cases,grade Ⅱ：18 cases,grade Ⅲ：26 cases,grade Ⅳ：11 cases,grade Ⅴ：6 cases.Conclusion：Hypertensive thalamic hemorrhage is of critical condition,prognosis are relation to the bleeding site and the amount of bleeding,individualized treatment measures should be taken,and prevention of late complications of intensive care,could help to improve prognosis.
