氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗原发性高血压伴颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的疗效

目的：探讨氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗原发性高血压伴颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床疗效。方法：选取本院2009年9月~2010年10月收治的260例高血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者的临床资料,随机分为治疗组（130例）和对照组（130例）,对照组患者饮食控制、口服氨氯地平等非他汀类药物治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用阿托伐他汀,连续治疗6~12个月,利用超声技术评价两组患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）变化。结果：治疗组患者IMT改善明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化,具有抗动脉粥样硬化、逆转斑块的作用,疗效满意,值得在临床推广。

Curative effect of amlodipine and atorvastatin in treatment of primary hypertension carotid atherosclerotic plaques

Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect of combined treatment of primary hypertension carotid atherosclerotic plaques with amlodipine and atorvastatin. Methods： 260 cases of high blood pressure with carotid atherosclerosis treated from September 2009 to October 2010 were randomly assigned to the treatment group （n=130） and the control group （n=130）. In the control group, patients underwent diet control and oral administration of non-statins such as amlodipine. The treatment group were given atorvastatin continuously for 6 to 12 months in addition to the treatment given in the control group. Changes in carotid intima-media thickness （IMT） of the two groups were evaluated with ultrasound technique. Results： IMT improvement was significantly better in the treatment group than the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion： Amlodipine combined with atorvastatin can resist atherosclerosis and reverse the plaques, and has satisfactory curative effect, thus is worthy of clinical application.
