中西医结合治疗骨性关节炎疗效观察

目的：比较中西医结合治疗骨性关节炎与单纯西医治疗骨性关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选择本院2010年1月～2011年6月收治入院的骨性关节炎患者86例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,对照组采用玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射,每周1次,每次2.5ml,连用5次为1个疗程;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用奇正消痛贴膏,每天1贴,5周为1个疗程;疗程结束后观察比较两组的临床疗效及安全性。结果：治疗后,患者关节功能改善,肿胀及关节周围压痛减轻,日常活动时疼痛减轻或消失,观察组总有效率为93.02%,对照组为88.37%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组均无明显不良反应。结论：玻璃酸钠联合奇正消痛贴膏治疗骨性关节炎较单纯应用玻璃酸钠效果显著,安全性高,值得临床推广使用。

Efficacy observation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of osteoarthritis

Objective：To compare the clinical effect and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of osteoarthritis.Methods：86 cases osteoarthritis patients were slected from January 2010 to June 2011,who were randomly divided into observation group 43 cases and control group 43 cases.The control group were given sodium hyaluronate injection,once a week,2.5 ml each time,5 times for one course;The observation group added Qizheng Xiaotong Tiegao on the basis of sodium hyaluronate injection,once a day,5 weeks for one course.After treatment,the clinical effect and safety of two groups were compared.Results：All patients＇ joint functional improved,swelling and joint around tenderness reduced,the daily activities around tenderness relieved pain relief or disappeard.The total effective rate of observation group was 93.02%,the control group was 88.37%,there was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.The two groups all had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion：The effect of sodium hyaluronate injection combined with Qizheng Xaotong Tiegao in the treatment of osteoarthritis is better than the sodium hyaluronate injection only,it has high safty,be worth of clinical application.
