输卵管妊娠两种保守治疗的疗效比较

目的：总结输卵管妊娠保守治疗中宫腔镜直视下输卵管插管注射甲氨蝶呤（MTX）与口服米非司酮联用的应用价值,探讨一种简便、安全、成功率高、副作用小的治疗方法。方法：选取本院2009年2月～2011年2月收治的且符合保守治疗标准的80例输卵管妊娠患者为研究对象,随机分成A、B两组各40例,A组在宫腔镜直视下输卵管插管注射MTX50mg,术后口服米非司酮100mg,1次/d,共5d。B组肌注MTX50mg,同时口服米非司酮50mg,观察两组的治愈率及不良反应。结果：A组患者中,治愈率达97.5%（39/40）,明显高于B组治愈率（P〈0.05）,A组化疗副反应明显减少。结论：宫腔镜直视下输卵管注射MTX联合米非司酮口服的治疗方法,是一种简便、安全、成功率高、副作用少的治疗方法,可安全有效地治疗早期输卵管妊娠。

Curative effect of the two kinds of conservative treatment for tubal pregnancy

Objective： To summarize the conservative treatment of tubal pregnancy, tubal catheterization under hysteroscope injection of methotrexate （MTX） and oral application of mifepristone combined with the value of a simple, safe, high success rate, side effects of treatment. Methods： Selected from February 2009 to February 2011 admitted to and in accordance with standard conservative treatment of 80 cases of tubal pregnancy, patients in this study were randomly divided into A, B groups of the 40 cases, A group under the hysteroscope tubal catheterization injection MTX 50 mg, post operation daily oral mifepristone 100 mg, a total of 5 d. Group B intramuscular MTX 50 mg, while oral administration of mifepristone 50 mg, the cure rate were observed, and adverse reactions. Results： A group of patients, cure rate of 97.5% （39/40）, significantly higher than in B group the cure rate （P0.05）, a significantly reduced side effects of chemotherapy. Conclusion： Hysteroscope tubal injection of MTX treatment of oral mifepristone, is a simple, safe, high success rate, less side effects of treatment, is safe and effective treatment for patients with early tubal pregnancy .
