小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘与肺炎支原体感染关系研究

目的：探讨研究小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘与肺炎支原体感染的关系。方法：将研究组60例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿按入组顺序单双号随机分为1组和2组,另设30例呼吸道感染患儿作为对照组,所有患儿均进行MP-IgM检测,对比分析3组MP检测结果、阳性率及MP阳性与年龄的相关性。结果：研究组MP-IgM阳性率为35.0%明显高于对照组的13.3%,两组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而研究1组及研究2组间经统计学处理差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;患儿年龄越大MP-IgM阳性率越高,二者呈正比;研究1组治疗有效率明显高于研究2组,两组相比经统计学处理差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：小儿肺炎支原体感染容易诱发咳嗽变异性哮喘,二者关系密切,对于咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿可常规检测MP-IgM,且应用抗肺炎支原体药物治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘可显著提高其疗效。

Relations research of the young child with cough variant asthma and mycoplasma pneumonia infection

Objective：To discussed the relations of young child to cough variant asthma and mycoplasma pneumonia infection.Methods：According to enters the group odd and even number the study team 60 cases coughed variant asthma baby were divided into 1 group and 2 group stochastically in turn,in additied supposed 30 cases respiratory infections baby to taked the control group,all babies carried on the MP-IgM examination,the contrastive analyzed three group of MP test result masculine gender rate and the MP masculine gender and the age relevance.Results：The study team MP-IgM masculine gender rate of 35.0% were obviously higher than control group＇s 13.3%,two groups compared the significance differenced（P0.05）,but studies 1 group and studies during 2 group to process the non-significance differenced after statistics（P0.05）;The baby age bigger MP-IgM masculine gender rate was higher,positively than between;Studies 1 group to treat effectiveness to be obviously higher than studies 2 group,two groups compared after statistics processing had the significance difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The young child pneumonia mycoplasma infection easy to inducing the cough variant asthma to occur,the two relations are close,may the convention examine MP-IgM regarding the coughing variant asthma baby,and applies the anti-pneumonia mycoplasma pharmacological treatment coughing variant asthma to be possible obviously to enhance its curative effect.
