| 摘 要： | 目的：分析本院2010年抗高血压药的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用金额排序法和频度分析法,利用Excel软件对应用品种、销售金额、用药频度等指标进行统计分析。结果：本院患者使用抗高血压药金额居前3位品种依次是钙拮抗药（CCB）、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂（ARB）,用药频度居前3位的药物是依那普利片、氨氯地平片、缬沙坦片。结论：本院抗高血压药应用基本合理。

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the clinical utilization of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital in 2010 and so as to provide references for clinical rational use of antihypertensive drugs. Methods： The varieties, consumption sum and DDDs etc of antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital were analyzed statistically with the use of Excel software by consumption sum ranking method and DDDs analytic method. Results： Calcium channel blockers （CCB）, Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors （ACEI） and angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist dominated the first 3 places on the consumption list while Enalapril tablets, Amlodipine tablets and Valsartan tablets leading the first 3 places on the DDDs list of all the antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital. Conclusion： The utilization of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is basically rational. |
