综合治疗在治疗小儿弱视方面的应用效果分析

目的：探讨综合治疗在小儿弱视方面的应用效果。方法：2006年1月～2010年9月在本医院社区卫生服务中心观察进行综合治疗270例小儿弱视患儿485眼,观察疗效并对弱视程度、注视性质和治疗年龄与疗效进行分析。结果：基本痊愈率为78.76%,进步率为20.62%,无效率为0.62%;弱视程度越重效果越差,治疗年龄小疗效好,中心注视者效果优于旁中心注视者。结论：小儿弱视综合治疗治愈率高,疗效与弱视程度、注视性质和治疗年龄有关。

Comprehensive treatment in the treatment of amblyopia in children effectiveness analysis in the application

Objective： To tnvestigate the comprehensive treatment of amblyopia in children results in the application. Methods： From January 2006 to September 2010 in our hospital community health service center for comprehensive treatment of the 270 observed cases （485 eyes） of pediatric patients with amblyopia, observed the efficacy and analyzed the effect of watching nature, degree of amblyopia and the treatment of age. Results： Basic recovery rate of 78.76%, progress rate of 20.62%, ineffective rate of 0.62%; the more severe the worse the effect of amblyopia treatment was effective younger, the center of attention center of attention were better than the next person. Conclusion： The combined treatment of amblyopia in children high cure rate, efficacy and degree of amblyopia, watching nature and treatment of age-related.
