多索茶碱与氨茶碱治疗毛细支气管炎疗效比较

目的：比较多索茶碱与氨茶碱治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：将120例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为两组,各60例。对照组行毛细支气管炎常规治疗加氨茶碱3～5mg/kg,静脉泵入,qd,连用5～7d,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用多索茶碱5～8mg/kg,静脉泵入,qd,连用5～7d,观察毛细支气管炎症状及体征变化,统计两组的有效率。结果：治疗组60例中,显效32例,有效19例,无效9例,总有效率为85.0%;对照组60例中,显效21例,有效16例,无效23例,总有效率为61.7%。两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：多索茶碱治疗毛细支气管炎,其平喘疗效较氨茶碱强,起效快、持续时间长、副作用少,是临床值得推广的一种平喘辅助治疗方法。

Therapeutic efficacy comparison of doxofylline and aminophylline in the treatment of bronchiolitis

Objective： To compare therapeutic efficacy of doxofylline and aminophylline in the treatment of bronchiolitis. Methods： 120 cases of bronchiolitis were randomly assigned to two groups of 60 cases. The control group underwent conventional treatment of bronchiolitis combined with intravenous infusion of aminophylline, 3-5 mg/kg, qd for 5-7 days. The treatment group underwent conventional treatment combined with intravenous infusion of doxofylline, 5-8 mg/kg qd for 5-7 days. Changes in symptoms and signs of bronchiolitis were observed and effective rates were calculated. Results： Among the 60 cases in the treatment group, 32 cases showed excellent results, 19 cases showed effective results and 9 cases didn＇t achieve improvement, with total effective rate of 85.0%; in the control group, 21 cases showed excellent results, 16 cases showed effective results and 23 cases didn＇t achieve improvement, with total effective rate of 61.7%. There was significant difference between the two groups in total effective rate （P0.01）. Conclusion： In the treatment of bronchiolitis, doxofylline has better asthma relieving effect than aminophylline, and it also has more rapid onset, longer duration and fewer side effects, and thus is worthy of clinical application as an adjuvant therapy for asthma.
