剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术40例临床观察

目的：探讨剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的疗效。方法：选取2009年1月～2011年1月进行剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的40例,另选取同期40例行单纯剖宫产的产妇作为对照组,比较两组的手术效果。结果：两组均顺利完成手术,与对照组比较,观察组的手术时间长于对照组（P〈0.05）;术中及术后24h阴道流血量比较,观察组多于对照组,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;术后肛门排气时间方面,观察组长于对照组,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,两组平均住院时间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：剖宫产术中同时行肌瘤剔除术是可行的,并未增加手术风险及并发症,掌握好手术适应证及充分的术前准备至关重要。

Clinical observation of cesarean section and do myomectomy in 40 cases

Objective：To investigate the cesarean section simultaneously myomectomy effect.Methods：Chose cesarean section uterine myomectomy in 40 patients,40 patients over the same period the other selected maternal cesarean section alone as a control group were compared the effect of surgery.Results：Both groups were successfully operated,and the control group,the operative time of the control group were longer than the observation group（P0.05）;24 h after surgery and the amount of vaginal bleeding compared to the observation group redundant control group,but the difference was not significant（P0.05）;Anal exhaust time,the observation head of the control group,but the difference was not significant（P0.05）;The average hospital stay compared two groups no significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：The cesarean section simultaneously myomectomy is feasible,does not increase the surgical risks and complications,master surgical indications and adequate preoperative preparation is essential.
