青光眼小梁切除术中前房重建50例的疗效观察

目的：探讨青光眼小梁切除术中前房重建的疗效观察。方法：回顾性分析本院2009年6月～2010年6月收治的地急性闭角型青光眼88例（138眼）的临床资料,该组患者术终前出现浅前房,其中50例（72眼）术终进行前房重建,设为观察组;38例（66眼）术终不进行前房重建,设为对照组;比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：两组患者术后视力均有不同程度的提高,观察组术后浅前房的发生率为8.3%（6/72）显著少于对照组的39.4%（26/66）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。且观察组的术后眼压控制显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：青光眼小梁切除术中前房重建可有效减少术后浅前房、低眼压的发生率,方法简单。

Effect observation about reconstruction of the anterior chamber used trabeculectomy in 50 cases of glaucoma

Objective：To discuss the effect observation about glaucoma reconstruction of the anterior chamber used trabeculectomy.Methods：Collected 88（138 eyes） patients with acute closed bevel glaucoma from June 2009 to June 2010 in our hospital,indived into two groups,50 patients（72 eyes） were observation group,carried on the anteroom reconstruction,38 patients（66 eyes） were control group,did not carried on the anteroom reconstruction;Compared with two group of patient＇s treatment results.Results：Two groups of patients had the varying degree enhancement,after the observation group technique,the shallow anteroom＇s formation rate was 8.3%（6/72）,obviously was shorter than control group 39.4%（26/66）,difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.And the observation group,IOP control was significantly better than the control group,difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Glaucoma used trabeculectomy with reconstruction of the anterior chamber may reduce the technique,effectively the shallow anteroom,the low intraocular pressure＇s formation rate,the method is simple.
