摘 要: | 目的:探讨环丙沙星片薄膜包衣的优良工艺。方法:使用L9(34)正交试验筛选包衣液浓度、喷液流量、片床温度和包衣锅转速4个工艺对薄膜包衣的影响,探讨环丙沙星片薄膜包衣制作优良工艺。结果:以10%浓度LE薄膜包衣剂,预热时间为6min,喷液流量为10g/min,片床温度为50℃,包衣锅转速为7r/min进行包衣滚筒制作的片剂外观和增重符合规定要求。结论:通过正交试验,能够获得环丙沙星薄膜包衣制备的最佳工艺流程。

Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the superordinary technology of preparing film coating in ciprofloxacin tablet.Methods:Concentration of coating solution,flow rate of jetting,temperature of tablet and rotary speed ofcoating pan were sieved with L9(34) orthogonal experiment,the superordinary technology of preparing film coating in ciprofloxacin tablet was investigated.Results:Concentration of LE coating solution was 10%,flow rate of jetting was 10 g/min,temperature of tablet was 50℃ and rotary speed of coating pan was 7 r/min could obtain qualified appearance and increasing weight by tumbling barrel way.Conclusion:Superordinary technology of preparing film coating in ciprofloxacin tablet can be obtain by orthogonal experiment. |
