| 摘 要： | 目的：观察半夏白术天麻汤配合耳穴按压治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法：64例经耳科检查确诊为神经性耳鸣的患者,给予半夏白术天麻汤配合耳穴按压治疗。结果：64例,痊愈12例,显效15例,有效29例,无效8例,治愈率为18.75%,总有效率为87.50%。结论：半夏白术天麻汤配合耳穴按压治疗神经性耳鸣疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical curative effect of the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with auricular acupressure on treatment of neurological tinnitus. Methods： 64 cases were diagnosed neurological tinnitus by otology check, who were given Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with auricular acupressure treatment. Results： 64 cases, recovery in 12 cases, marked effect in 15 cases, effective in 29 cases, ineffective in 8 cases, cure rate was 18.75%, the total effective rate was 87.50%. Conclusion： Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with auricular acupressure of the neurological tinnitus definite effect on treatment. |
