玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合氟米龙滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床研究

目的：探讨玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合氟米龙滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法：将139例（196眼）干眼症患者随机分为观察组70例（98眼）,对照组69例（98眼）,对照组仅给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液滴眼,观察组加用氟米龙滴眼液,比较两组的疗效。结果：观察组治愈率、总有效率分别为81.63%、100.00%,显著高于对照组的36.73%、85.71%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。结论：玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合氟米龙滴眼液治疗干眼症效果确切,治愈率高,可进行临床推广。

Clinical study of xerophthalmia treated by sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with fluorometholone eye drops

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of the xerophthalmia treated by the sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with the fluorometholone eye drops.Methods：139 patients（196 eyes） with xerophthalmia were divided into two groups randomly,one was the observation group,included 70 cases（98 eyes）,the other was the control group,included 69 cases（98 eyes）.The patients of control group were given the sodium hyaluronate eye drops,the patients of observation group were given the sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with the fluorometholone eye drops,then the efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results：The cure rate and the total effective rate of the observation group was 81.63%,100.00%,both were higher than the 36.73%,85.71% of the control group,which showed significant differences（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy of the xerophthalmia treated by the sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with the fluorometholone eye drops is exact,it is worth to be popularizing.
