| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨运动平板实验对冠心病的诊断价值。方法：将临床疑似冠心病的230例患者,先后分别采用运动平板试验和冠状动脉造影,并将其结果进行对比分析。结果：本组230例患者中,冠心病组146例,非冠心病组84例。运动平板实验灵敏度为89.04%,特异度为73.81%,诊断符合率为83.48%。结论：运动平板试验是一种简便、安全、经济的非创伤性检查方法,对冠心病的诊断,病变程度的评估都具有很高的参考价值,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the treadmill test for coronary artery disease. Methods： 230 clinically suspected coronary heart disease patients, exercise treadmill test were used successively and coronary angiography, and the results were analyzed. Results： Among the 230 patients, the CHD group was 146 cases, non-CHD group was 84 cases. Treadmill test sensitivity of 89.04% and a specificity of 73.81%, diagnostic accuracy rate of 83.48%. Conclusion： The exercise treadmill test is a simple, safe and economical non-invasive screening method for coronary artery disease, severity assessment have a high reference value, worthy of promotion. |
