福建省2008-2010年恶性肿瘤住院病例监测分析

目的分析福建省恶性肿瘤发病动态及其特征,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法对2008-2010年住院恶性肿瘤报告资料进行分析。结果 3年共登记122 341例。病例数居前5位,男性为胃癌、肺癌、肝癌、食管癌和结直肠癌(占69.8%);女性为乳腺癌、子宫颈癌、结直肠癌、肺癌和胃癌(占53.2%);男性病例集中在50～74岁(64.1%),女性在40～59岁(47.8%);各年龄段居首位的肿瘤,0～14岁为白血病(32.5%),15～44岁为甲状腺癌(11.3%),≥45岁为肺癌(16.5%)。不同地区前5位肿瘤类别较一致,为肺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、肝癌和食管癌。结论肺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、肝癌和食管癌是监测重点,应根据性别、年龄和地区特点制定防控措施。

Surveillance and analysis on hospitalized cancer cases in Fujian, China (2008-2010)

Objective To analyze cancer prevalence and characteristics in Fujian for the disease control and prevention. Method The cancer hospitalized cases data were analyzed from 2008 to 2010. Results Totally 122 341 cases were reported. The top 5 cancers were gastric, lung, liver, esophageal and colorectal in male （69.8 % ）, and breast, cervical, colorectal,lung and gastric in female （53.2%）. Male cases were mostly in aged 50-74 （64. 1%）and female in aged 40-59 （47.8 % ）. The top cancer cases：leukemia in aged 0-14 （32.5 % ）, thyroid cancer in aged 14-44 （11.3 % ）, lung cancer in≥ 45 （16.5 % ）respectively. The top 5 were almost the same cancers in different districts. They were lung, gastric, colorectal,liver and esophageal cancer. Conclusions The cancer surveillance in Fujian should be focus on lung, gastric, colorectal,liver and esophageal cancer, the control and prevention measures should be carried out according to gender,age and regional characteristics.
