社区获得性呼吸道感染患者肺炎支原体IgM抗体检测结果分析

目的：探讨肺炎支原体（Mp）感染与患者性别、年龄及季节的关系。方法：对本院1335例社区获得性呼吸道感染患者血清标本,应用Serodia-MycoⅡ试剂盒检测Mp-IgM抗体,分析其与患者性别、年龄及季节的关系。结果：1335例患者中Mp-IgM抗体检出阳性者36例,阳性率为2.70%。其中0～20岁组发病率最高,不同性别和各季节阳性率差异无统计学意义。结论：肺炎支原体是青少年社区获得性呼吸道感染的常见病原体,应用Serodia-MycoⅡ试剂盒检测Mp-IgM抗体具有操作简便、敏感度高等优点,有重要的临床应用价值。

Analysis the results of detecting mycoplasma pneumonia IgM antibodies in patients with community-acquired respiratory tract infection

Objective：To explore the relationship between Mycoplasma pneumonia（Mp） infection and patients＇ sex,age and seasons.Methods：Used Serodia-MycoⅡ kit to detect Mp-IgM antibodies of serum samples in 1 335 patients with community-acquired respiratory tract infection in our hospital,analysis the relationship between antibodies and patients＇ sex,age and seasons.Results：36 out of 1 335 patients were positive for Mp-IgM antibodies,the positive rate was 2.70%.The highest incidence occurs in patients between 0-20 years old,there was no statistical differences of positive rate between different sex and seasons.Conclusions：Mycoplasma pneumonia is the most common pathogen of community-acquired respiratory tract infection in adolescent.There are advantages of easy operation and high sensitivity in using Serodia-MycoⅡ kit to detect Mp-IgM antibodies,and it is important to clinical values.
