粉碎对4种矿物药中结晶水及主成分含量的影响

摘    要:目的 :探讨手工、机械粉碎法及不同粉碎粒度对4种矿物药结晶水及主成分含量的影响。方法 :重量法、滴定法。结果 :机械粉碎所得最粗粉、粗粉、手工粉碎各粉末无影响 ,其余则结晶水减失 ,结晶水主成分含量偏高。结论 :含结晶水矿物药宜粉碎成粗粉。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of powdering by hand or by grinder and different powder size on the contents of crystal water and main components in four mineral drugs METHODS: Gravimetric method and titration method were used RESULTS: No significant effects on crystal water and components were found in coarsest and coarse powder comminuted by grinder and all powders by hand The content of crystal water was reduced and the contents of main components containing crystal water were increased in other powders CONCLUSION:The mineral drugs with crystal water should be grinded into coarse powder
