国产与进口苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压病的临床观察

目的:比较国产苯磺酸氨氯地平与进口苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压病的疗效和安全性。方法:将121例高血压病患者随机分为服用国产苯磺酸氨氯地平组63例,其中男性44例,女性19例,年龄(52±8)岁,给予国产苯磺酸氨氯地平5-10mg,日1次,早晨服用。服用进口苯磺酸氨氯地平58例,其中男性36例,女性22例,年龄(53±7)岁,给予进口苯磺酸氨氯地平5-10mg,日1次,早晨服用。两组疗程均为3个月,观察降压效果和不良反应。结果:治疗3个月后,两组血压下降差异具有非常显著意义(P<0.01),国产苯磺酸氨氯地平组总有效率为90%,进口苯磺酸氨氯地平为91%,两组疗效差别无显著意义(P>0.05)。国产苯磺酸氨氯地平组与进口苯磺酸氨氯地平组均无严重不良反应。结论:国产苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压疗效好,安全性高。

The Clinical Observation of the Treatment of Hypertension by Using Domestic and Imported Amlodipine Besylate

Objective:This paper compared the efficacy and safety of the treatment of hypertension between domestic Amlodipine Besylate and imported Amlodipine Besylate.Methods:121 hypertensive patients were randomly divided into two groups.63 patients took domestic Amlodipine Besylate,44 males and 19 females(52±8) years of age.They were given 5-10mg domestic Amlodipine Besylate each,once a day,morning taking.While the other 58 patients took imported Amlodipine Besylate,including 36 males and 22 females,age(53±7) years old,and they were given 5-10mg each,once a day,morning taking.The treatment period of the two groups lasted three months to observe the antihypertensive effect and adverse reactions.Results:Three months after the treatment,the blood pressure drop difference of two groups was significant(P<0.01);the total effective rate of the group taking domestic Amlodipine Besylate was 90%,while the group taking imported Amlodipine Besylate 91%.And there was no significant difference of the treatment efficacy(P>0.05) between the two groups.Both groups had no serious adverse events.Conclusion:Domestic Amlodipine Besylate shows the good efficacy and high safety in the treatment of hypertension.
