一次性医疗器械管理的文献分析

目的 对一次性医疗器械管理的相关文献进行分析,并针对薄弱环节提出管理措施.方法 检索CNKI、CBM数据库,收集我国一次性医疗器械管理方面的相关文献,进行质量评价和汇总分析.结果 共纳入抽样质量检测报告15个,横断面调查研究9篇,综述和个案报道169篇.分析结果显示,一次性医疗器械主要存在于外包装标识、卫生指标等质量方面和购入、储存、使用、回收环节的管理缺陷.结论 我国一次性医疗器械的管理现状不容乐观,医疗单位应针对薄弱环节制定出相应的管理措施.

Present problems in management of disposable medical supplies in China: a bibliometric study

Objective To bibliometrically review papers on management of disposable medical supplies in China,and to propose countermeasures.Methods We searched through the CNKI and CBM database to collect papers on management of disposable medical supplies,and then assessed their quality.Finally,we made a synthesis of all the available information.Results A total of 15 quality testing reports,9 cross-sectional survey reports,169 reviews and case reports were included.The analysis showed that the main problems lay in poor quality of outer packing and hygienic indexes of some disposable medical supplies.There were also defects in purchase,storage,usage and recycling.Conclusion The management of disposable medical supplies in China is less satisfactory.Medical institutes should develop appropriate management measures for the weak links.
