摘    要:目的:探讨醛固酮合成酶(CYP11B2)基因-344T/C多态性与高血压病血瘀证(EH-BSS)的关系.方法:收集高血压病血瘀证(EH-BSS)患者532例,高血压病非血瘀证298组(EH-non-BSS),血压正常对照者512例(Control),抽外周静脉血提取DNA,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性内切酶片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)检测CYP11B2基因-344T/C多态性类型.结果:卡方分割后重度EH-BSS组的TC+CC频率(55.23%)高于轻度EH-BSS组(46.83%)、EH-non-BSS组(45.30%)、Control组(43.16%),有统计学意义(X2=7.489,P=0.006).多因素Logistic回归调整混杂因素后,以EH-non-BSS组为参照系,CYP11B2-TC/CC型患重度EH-BSS的的相对危险度(OR值)为1.589(95%CI:1.035-2.440,P=0.034).结论:携带有CYP11B2-TC/CC基因型可能是重度EH-BSS易患因素之一.
