膜性肾病患者HP感染情况及中医证候分析

目的：调查膜性肾病（MN）患者幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染发生率及中医证候特征。方法：选取我院MN患者为研究对象，采用1^3 C-尿素呼气试验（1^3 C-UBT）方法判断是否存在HP感染，并进行中医辨证分析，比较HP感染组和非HP感染组中医证候的差异。结果：（1）82例MN患者中61例存在HP感染，感染率为74.39％。（2）两组本虚证中的脾肾阳虚、肺肾气虚、气阴两虚、肝肾阴虚及阴阳两虚证比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。（3）HP感染组湿热证比例（52.46％）显著高于非HP感染组（23.81％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；HP感染组瘀血证比例（18.03％）显著低于非HP感染组（42.86％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：MN患者具有较高的HP感染率，无论是否伴有HP感染，MN的中医证候仍以本虚证为主，但伴有HP感染者的标实证以湿热证为主，不伴HP感染者标实证以瘀血证为主。

The Syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Membranous Nephropathy Patients with Helicobacter Pylori Infection

Objective ：To explore the characteristics of the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） in membranous nephropathy（MN） patients with helicobacter pylori （HP） infection, and to know the rate of HP infection in the patients with MN. Methods：82 MN patients were included in the study, the were divided into the HP infection group and non-HP infection group by 13 C - urea breath test （ ^13 C - UBT）, the difference of the syndrome of TCM was compared between the two groups. Results： （ 1 ） The rate of lip infection was 74.39% in the patients with MN. （2）There~ no significantly difference in the TCM syndrome types of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, qi deficiency of lung and kidney, deficiency of both qi and yin, yin deficiency of liver and kidney and deficiency of both yin and yang. （3） The proportion of damp - heat syndrome in the HP infection group （52.46%） was significantly higher than that in the non - HP infection group（23.81% ） ; The proportion of blood stasis syndrome in the HP infection group （ 18.03% ）was significantly lower than that in the non - HP infection group（42.86% ）. Condusion：There~ a high HP infection rate in the MN patients, deficiency in origin was the main TCM syndrome in the MN ptients, damp - heat syndrome was a common complication in the MN patients with HP infection, blood stasis syndrome was a common complication in the MN patients with no HP infection.
