脑疝复位天幕切开与常规手术治疗重型脑外伤脑疝疗效观察

目的：比较脑疝复位天幕切开与常规手术治疗重型脑外伤脑疝的临床疗效。方法：选择重型脑外伤脑疝患者71例,随机分为A、B两组。A组35例患者接受常规手术治疗,B组36例患者接受脑疝复位天幕切开手术治疗。对比两组患者手术疗效、并发症发生情况。结果：B组死亡率、植物生存率、术后并发症发生率均明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：脑疝复位天幕切开在重型脑外伤合并脑疝患者的治疗中具有一定的优越性,值得临床推广应用。

Reset the Tentorium Hernia Treatment and Conventional Operation in the Treatment of Severe Cerebral Trauma Cerebral Hernia

Objective：To compare conventional incision hernia surgery Reset canopy with traditional surgery in the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury hernia effect.Methods：Patients with severe traumatic brain injury herniation 71 cases were randomly divided into A,B groups.Group A 35 Patients received conventional surgery,B group 36 patients received treatment of incision hernia reset canopy.Surgery compared two groups of patients,the incidence of complications.Results：B group mortality,plant survival rate,postoperative complication rate was significantly lower in group A,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Reset sky incision hernia in patients with severe brain trauma associated with the treatment of hernia treatment has certain advantages,worthy of clinical application.
