苦碟子注射液对原发性肾病综合征临床疗效的观察

目的:探讨苦碟子注射液对原发性肾病综合征患者尿蛋白、血脂、凝血状态的影响。方法将43例确诊为原发性肾病综合征的患者随机分为两组:用药组(予以苦碟子注射液)23例,对照组20例。两组患者均接受激素或联合环磷酰胺(CTX)治疗。用药组的苦碟子注射液与激素同时使用,静脉滴注,1次/日,连用4周。结果:用药组患者24小时尿蛋白、血清白蛋白、血液中脂类代谢指标、D-二聚体浓度恢复正常速度与对照组相比均明显加快,差异有显著性意义(P<0.047),肌酐及尿素氮用药组与对照组无差异(P>0.05)。结论:苦碟子注射液可以加快原发性肾病综合征患者24小时尿蛋白、血清白蛋白、血脂、凝血功能恢复正常速度。

Effect of Kudiezi Injection in the Treatment of Primary Nephritic Syndrome

Objective : To observe the effect of Kudiezi injection on urinary protein,serum lipids,blood coagulation of patiens with primary nephritic syndrome(PNS).Methods : 43patiens with PNS were randomized divided into 2groups : drug group(n=23) and control group(n=20).Two groups both received treatment of corticosteroids or combination with cyclophosphamide(CTX).Drug group received Kudiezi injection qd for 4weeks when used corticosteroids or CTX.Results : 24hour urine protein,serum albumin,lipid metabolism and D-Dimer concentration of drug group become normal more quikly than the control group(P<0.05).The BUN,Scr of the 2groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion : Kudiezi injection can increase the speed of PNS patients'24hour urine protein,serum-albumin,lipid metabolism and D-Dimer concentration to be normal.
