新疆穆塞勒斯酒对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响

摘    要:目的:观察穆塞勒斯酒对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠60只,均衡随机分为6组:正常对照组,高脂血症模型组,阳性药组,穆赛勒斯酒低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。空白对照组正常饲养,其余5组灌胃给予高脂乳剂10天,从第11天开始同时给药,空白对照组灌胃给予生理盐水20mL/kg,阳性药组灌胃给予深海鱼油1g/kg;穆塞勒斯酒低、中、高剂量组分别灌胃给予穆赛勒斯酒5mL/kg、10mL/kg、20mL/kg,连续给予20天。末次给药后,眼球取血,离心制备血清,检测总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)含量。结果:与模型组比较,穆塞勒斯酒低、中、高剂量均能明显降低高脂血症大鼠血清中总胆固醇含量,低密度脂蛋白含量(P<0.05);其中中剂量能提高高密度脂蛋白含量;高、中剂量组可降低甘油三脂含量。结论:穆塞勒斯酒对高脂血症大鼠的血脂有明显调节作用。

Abstract:Objective : To investigate the protective influence of Xinjiang musailesi wine on experimental hyperlipidemia rats. Methods:60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, 10 rats in each group:normal control group, hyperlipidemia model group, positive control group, musailesi wine low ,medium-, high-close group, the normal control group were received normal feeding and other five groups were intragastrically administered high fat emulsion for 10 days, while the administration from the start of the elev- enth day, the normal control group were given saline 20mL/kg, the positive control group were intragastrically administered deep sea fish oil lg/kg; musailesi wine low, medium, high dose groups were orally given musailesi wine 5mI./kg, 10mL/kg, 20mL/kg, respectively, All the administrations were carried out once a day for 20 consecutive days. The contents of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyeeride (TG), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) were de termined after the last administration. Results:Compared with the model group, the low, middle, high dosage musailesi wine could significantly reduce the contents of serum total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in hyperlipidemia rats (P〈0.05) ; the middledose could increase t he high density lipoprotein contents; the high and middle -dose group could reduce the triglyceride content. Conclusioll : musailesi wine can reduce the serum lipid level of the hyperlipidemia rats effectively.
